All paths have pitfalls and can be dangerous and deadly, as this falls namesake can attest too, yet when you place your feet in the footsteps of the ancients who have walked that path, your journey will become illuminated and your return to the source can be an enjoyable and exciting experience.
This shot was taken from inside one of the few tunnels that run through the travertine deposits descending a treacherous cliff side to the base of Mooney Falls on the Havasupai Reservation.
